Is this a homebuyer survey?
Our roofing assessment focuses on the condition of your roof and possible repair options. For a formal homebuyer or structural survey, a suitably qualified independent surveyor is the right person to help. Let us know what you need the report for and we can discuss the appropriate next step.
Can you inspect every part of a roof?
We’ll look at as much of the roof as safe access allows and explain what we’ve checked. If an area needs specialist access or further investigation, we’ll talk through the options with you.
